Texas National Guard members (current and former) and surviving spouses seeking emergency financial assistance must submit an application directly to the Texas National Guard Family Support Foundation. The email address is:

Applicant must be (current or former) a member of the Texas National Guard to apply for assistance, and must provide a copy of a valid Texas DL or ID.
